Healthy Snacks for Super Bowl

Super Bowl is hereeand we're pretty excited because we made Naturopathic Doctor, Rachel Schwartzman's, raw vegan energy balls. And they are delicious! I'm sure they will be a hit over the wings and nachos during Super Bowl!

Here is her recipe ... definitely worth trying!

1 cup medjool dates
1/3 cup tahini
1/4 cup grade C maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla
Mix in a food processor until creamy and then add in:
1 tbsp hemp hearts
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp raw cacao
1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
1 cup oats

Mix in food processor until well mixed and finally, roll into balls.
