We Love Pajamas and Protein Shakes!

Here are three of my favorite (and EASY) blended protein smoothies that my little one loves too:

1. Breakfast Oatmeal Smoothie

1 cup dry oatmeal
1-2 scoops protein
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp chopped almonds
1 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 cup of ice

2. Go Nutty Smoothie

1-2 scoops protein
10-15 raw almonds
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 banana
1 cup of ice

3. Espressado Smoothie for Adults only :)

1-2 scoops protein
1 cup water or unsweetened almond milk
1/2 avocado
1/2 cup coffee
1 cup of ice
