Pumpkin Pie Overnight Oats
Ingredients:
1/2 cup plain fat-free Greek yogurt
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
1/4 cup organic oats
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp stevia or maple syrup (optional)
Directions: Place all ingredients in a mason jar or bowl and refrigerate. Enjoy the next morning on the go!
Pumpkin Pie Vanilla Smoothie
Ingredients:
3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/4 cup plain fat-free Greek Yogurt
1/4 cup pumpkin (canned or fresh)
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp pumpkin spice
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder
1/2 cup ice
Directions: Add all ingredients in a blender. Pulse until ice is broken up and then puree until smooth. Serve and enjoy!
