This 'Mommy and Me' Swimwear Takes the Gold!

I never thought I would be that mom who matches with her children, but look at me now! ‘Mommy and Me’ fashion is a thing and in my opinion, it can still be done tastefully and with a lot of class!

When I posted a pic of me and the girls in our matching golden swimsuits, I got so many messages about these suits because they aren’t your everyday ‘twinning outfit’. These custom swimsuits were designed by the amazing and talented team at UNIKA. I learned about Unika Swim from a close friend and so happy I did. When I reached out inquiring about their ‘mommy and me’ sets, Betsey, the owner, was incredibly helpful and easy to work with. She organized for me and the girls to come in for a custom fitting, where our measurements were taken and notes were taken on every detail of the swimsuits we desired.

With all that said, even if we didn’t go the custom route, there were still plenty of beautiful swimsuits to choose from in store, which is located in the heart of Yorkville. The custom suit I have on is the Elaina one piece in Chromada fabric, but you can still select the same suit in their staple colours here and you are guaranteed to be happy! PS - the quality is 10/10!
