In this post you will find a very simple 31-Day Movement Challenge to help you get off on the right foot in 2023. All you have to do is complete the movement listed each day for the month of January and that’s it! Save this post and let’s gooooo!

  1. 3 Moves in 3 Minutes

  2. Walk for 20 minutes

  4. 5 sets of 20 burpees (rest 60-90s between)
