How 'bout Some HIIT on The Exercise Bike

Rain has been in the forecast all week here in Toronto, so we took our cardio indoors. I used to think a HIIT routine on any exercise bike wasn't possible, but we did it ... and it wasn't easy!

Here's a snapshot of what 15 minutes looked like:

0-3 minutes - Warm-up
3-13 minutes - HIIT (15 seconds at 100%, 15 seconds at 50%)
13-15 minutes - Cool-down
