Sunday Funday 15-Minute HIIT

Sunday funday pre-workout pep talk. She's nervous for the routine ahead and not in love with burpees ... but who really is?

We have 15 minutes so here's what we're gonna do:

10 x lunge jumps (each leg)
10 x sumo squats
10 x burpees

Do AMRAP (as many rounds as possible) in 15 minutes and then get on with your Sunday!
