No Tummy Mommy 8-Week Update - Sarah is a 38-year-old busy mother of 2 who juggles #momlife with her career as the Director of Fundraising for the Faculty of Education for a University in beautiful British Columbia. 

In just 8 short weeks, Sarah trimmed 7 inches off her waist and dropped a few dress sizes! Sarah's NTM Plan was personalized to meet her specific needs and lifestyle. She was still able to incorporate some traditional home cooked Filipino dishes, as well as enjoy dinner out with her family.
