Wellness Activities To Do In Toronto Now That The Weather Is Warming Up

Spring always feels like a nice middle ground. It’s not full summer yet, so there’s less pressure to be out all the time, but it does feel like a good time to get back into routines, spend more time outside, and do things that help you reset a little.

If you’re looking for wellness activities to do in Toronto this season, here are a few I’d recommend.

1. Hot sauna and cold plunge at Alter

This is a really good option if you want something that feels both relaxing and energizing.

After a long winter, I think a lot of us still feel a bit sluggish, and doing a hot sauna and cold plunge session at Alter can be a nice way to wake your body up and feel refreshed. It’s also one of those experiences that forces you to slow down and be present for a minute.

If your spring goal is to feel a little more clear-headed and a little less stuck, this is a good one.

2. Mini hike at Brickworks

Once the weather gets nicer, one of the easiest wellness habits to get back into is walking.

A mini hike at Brickworks by yourself, with your partner, or the whole family is perfect for spring because it gets you outside, gets you moving, and doesn’t feel too intense. It’s a good reminder that wellness doesn’t always have to be a class, a treatment, or a big commitment.

3. Spa day at Four Seasons

If winter left you feeling run-down, a spa day can be a really good reset.

The weather warming up usually makes everything feel busier again. People are outside more, schedules pick up, and life starts moving faster. So I actually think spring is a great time to do something that helps you slow down before everything gets too hectic.

A few hours at the Four Seasons spa can be a nice way to relax, recharge, and take care of yourself in a way that feels intentional.

4. IV therapy at Supernatural

Spring is usually when people start trying to get their energy back.

If you’ve been feeling off, tired, or like your body needs a bit of extra support after winter, IV therapy might be something to look into. Recently I visited Supernatural for a well-needed NAD+ fix. IV Therapy is a rapid way to absorb some essential nutrients that our body simply can’t fully absorb orally.

I think the biggest thing is using spring as a time to check in with yourself and ask what kind of support you actually need.

5. Face Pilates

This is a nice self-care option if you want something a little different.

Face Pilates feels like one of those treatments that helps you look more refreshed, but also helps release tension … in your face!!

Spring naturally makes people want to feel a bit lighter and more refreshed, and this fits that really well without feeling over the top.

I like wellness activities most when they feel realistic and enjoyable, and spring in Toronto is a great time to ease back into that. You don’t need to do a huge reset or overhaul your life. It can be as simple as getting outside more, booking something relaxing, or trying a treatment that helps you feel a little better.

Sometimes, small things are enough to help you feel more like yourself again!
