My 10 Favourite Daily Affirmations

If you know me then you know “fitness” goes beyond physically working out. Mental fitness or mindset is very much a big part of my health routine. It has become even more important now as a full-time entrepreneur living that lockdown life.

I found what is really helping me is to start the day with a mantra or affirmation and repeating it throughout the day to keep my head on right. Let’s be honest, our mind can play tricks on us making us feel less than we really are or it invites doubt to take over all the goodness we are meant to share. With that said, I wanted to share some of the affirmations I’ve been using on repeat the past few weeks that have really kept me going. Working on mindset takes practice and just like a physical workout routine, you gotta commit and be consistent. Our mind is a powerful thing, so think of positive affirmations as the workouts you need to do in order to see results!

My 10 favourite affirmations 

  1. I am enough

  2. I am not afraid to give up the good and go for the great

  3. I am calm, connected confident

  4. I am blessed with good health

  5. I let go of anything that does not support my highest good

  6. I am strong mentally and physically

  7. My business is growing, expanding, and thriving

  8. I am worthy of good things.

  9. I am in control of my emotions

  10. I am thankful for all life has given me.

The list go on, but again, you gotta commit and be consistent. Repeat one as often as you need throughout the day. Because as the saying goes: ENERGY FLOWS WHERE INTENTION GOES!
