Make Your Move with Joe Fresh Active!
We're just two weeks into the new year, so I hope some of your 2017 resolutions are still standing strong. Like many of us, I'm sure something about health and fitness is included as part of your list. One of my intentions this year is to try at least one new fitness class each month. And let's be honest, there is just something about wearing fresh new active gear that makes a workout that much better.
With that said, I am so excited to share that we've teamed up with Joe Fresh to support their #MakeYourMove campaign this year. I'm jumping for joy as I write this because the best part is that Joe Fresh has the whole family covered when it comes to being active! That means me and my mini can "twin" while we sweat! Seriously, I hope twinning with her never gets old!
The Joe Fresh active line is colourful, energizing and the styles were flattering and comfortable. We could actually MOVE in this gear and get in a 15-minute workout in style.
Here's an example of one of our first Joe Fresh inspired circuits:
20 x Bodyweight Squats
15 x Alternating Step Ups (each)
10 x One-Legged Squats (off chair)
30s Plank
Repeat AMRAP (as many rounds as possible) in 15 minutes and that's it!
I have so many favourites from their new activewear line and I will actually be sharing some of my thoughts on the different pieces at a LIVE event next month.
