BACK to Reality

We are back from vacation and we are BACK at it!! #RiseAndGrind

I like to change up the type of activity I do - from yoga to home workouts - but I do try and make it to the gym throughout the week. My love for fitness and health stemmed from lifting weights in the gym and it has remained a constant in my routine.

However, 90% of the mommy clients I work with do not have a gym membership and they still get amazing results and progress from home and outdoor workouts.

The key is to simply get moving wherever you are!!!
