Why Climb?!
It's our last day in Mexico so we finished our morning jog climbing stairs; it is widely regarded as one of the most efficient and effective cardio and strength building workouts you can do. It's definitely not recommended for the little ones, but if you’re willing to put in the work, it provides the results! Better yet, moms can do this exercise at home!
