15-Minute HIIT Step Session

The rain is not stopping in Toronto, so we have to take our cardio indoors! How is everyone staying active in this wet weather?

Today's routine was a 15-min HIIT followed by some stretching and core work. More to come on my blog about core rehab postpartum!

Try this on a stair stepper:

0-2 min at level 6
2-4 min at level 9
4-5 min at level 12

Repeat 3x
