This week's Sonny Angel theme was SUMMERTIME! So yes, the warm weather is here and it's time to pull out the swimwear! Moms across the country are looking for ways to keep bikini bloating at bay.

Here are my top tips to keep bloating to a minimum during bathing suit season:

1. Don't Stress

Believe it or not, stress can make you hold water and cause unnecessary bloating. Therefore, don't worry .. be happy!

2. Drink water

We all know this yet we never drink enough. DRINK MORE!

3. No more gum

Chewing gum can cause you to swallow more air ... which leads to unpleasant bloating. Kick the gum habit!

4. Avoid High-Processed Food

Loaded with sodium and not a ton of fiber, you are just asking for bloating and a night of unzipped jeans for added comfort.

5. Don't eat and run

As moms, we are always quick to chow down our food so that we can attend to our kids. Again, this can cause you to swallow more air .. hello bloated belly!
