Merry Fitness Affirmations
You’ve probably heard the word ‘Affirmations’ being tossed around a lot lately. It’s probably found the 2019’s trendy list! Typically people might use the word AFFIRMATION when it relates to self-esteem, confidence and empowerment. But we all know that affirmations should be used for every aspect of our life and this includes our health and fitness goals!
With the holidays upon us and with this decade coming to an end (can’t believe I just wrote that), I wanted to share a list of my favourite health affirmations. I use these weekly (sometimes daily) and I wholeheartedly believe they work to support me achieving my goals. Of course, I have to put in the work, commit, be consistent and SHOW UP, but having these affirmations in my back pocket have been instrumental in keeping me grounded and focused.
These are my faves, but feel free to tweak them as you need so that they resonate with you. Say them daily or weekly - just say them out loud. Believe in them. Positive mindset is the most important part of your postpartum fitness and health journey.

MY BODY IS STRONG AND SUPPLE.
I APPRECIATE AND LOVE MY BODY.
EVERYDAY I AM BECOMING BETTER.
MY MIND IS CLEAR AND AT PEACE.
I AM FOCUSED.
I AM MOTIVATED AND READY.
WORKING OUT IS GOOD FOR MY SOUL.
I HAVE ABUNDANT ENERGY AND VITALITY.
I CHOOSE TO BE STRONG AND HEALTHY.
I LOVE THE FEELING OF WORKING OUT.
I AM STRONG.
I LOVE WHAT MY BODY IS CAPABLE OF DOING.
MY BODY IS MY TEMPLE.
