New Month, New Goals!

Hellooooo February! This is us before we're a sweaty mess! We're ready to kick off the new month with some new goals. Here's what we plan to do this evening:

10 full squats
10 jump squats
20 walking lunges
20 step ups

Rest for 60s and repeat 5 times. Here's to a strong and sweaty month ahead!
