Stair Routine for the Last Day of Summer!

Soak in the last day of summer by getting outside for a workout! Before you know it, it will be snowing here in Toronto!

15-minute outdoor stair climb routine

0 - 3 min
Warm up by repeatedly walking up and down one flight of stairs at a steady pace.

4 - 6 min
Skater steps - stand facing stairs. Step right foot to the right side of first step. Push off of right foot and step left foot to the left side of next step. Continue up, alternating sides.

7 - 9 min
Power walk up and down as fast as you can.

10 - 12 min
Walk up two steps at a time at a steady moderate pace and then down one step at a time at a steady moderate pace. Repeat.

13 - 15 min
Power walk up and down as fast as you can.

Cool down for 1 min
