15-Minute Home Workout Circuit
Here's a snapshot of what my Saturday morning home workout looked like before we headed out for my daughter's soccer session with Little Kickers!
10 jump squats
10 chair dips
10 push ups
10 up up down downs
10 ball crunches
30s 90-degree wall sits
Rest 60s and repeat circuit 4x
I intended for 5 rounds, but the little one wanted to get going ... she's the boss!
