And On Sundays We Rest ....

As mothers we are always on the go. We don’t stop. And even when we do, we are still constantly thinking of our to-do list.

Especially when it comes to getting results with working out and exercise, adequate levels of rest and sleep cannot be underestimated. Proper rest and recovery time helps to provide mental health, hormonal balance, and muscular recovery.

So on Sundays, we rest ... okay sometimes it’s “active” rest, but it’s rest nonetheless :)
