The Home Workout That Didn't Happen ...
She was being so silly we didn't even get to work out ... and I was totally okay with that! I'd take giggles over burpees any day!
Here's the workout we tried to do:
10 burpees
10 jump lunges
10 body weight squats
10 push ups
10 up up down downs
Rest for 60s and then repeat for 5 rounds
